SUMMARY:Earth Day Celebration
DESCRIPTION:The students of ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ celebrated Earth Day with a medley of educational and fun activities. \nThey were informed ahead about the importance of Earth Day and then through a talk delivered by Sahil Badami of Std. VII. Teacher Aradhna Rana explained about the importance of Earth Day and how we can celebrate everyday as Earth Day and told about our bit for Mother Earth. \nTanmay Mare of Std. VII and Manjiri Dagade of Std. VII recited poems on Earth Day. \nThe week began with Slogan writing activities. Each child made a slogan and a drawing. \nA rally was organized in school campus to create awareness amongst others. \nOur Director Dr. Sanjay Chordiya\, all Faculty members Students & Parents inscribed their earth day pledge on a chart which was later on displayed on notice board. The students were asked questions like: \nHow would they contribute to save Earth?\nWhy our Earth is in danger?\nHow can we reduce Pollution?\nWhat is the meaning of ‘Go Green’ ?\nThey were also told to write their contribution for safeguarding our Earth.
